How this program got started?

BISCEP was birthed out of the documentary Blindfolded: How They Hid My Heritage From Me. The creative expression from Edwin Sheppard's research in Botswana and South Africa. The documentary included students' dialogue from Miami Central High School and Ledumang Senior School.
