We Inspire Youth Beyond Borders

Blindfolded International Student Cultural Exchange Program (BISCEP) is a non-profit organization committed to fostering unity, understanding, and empowerment through cultural exchange. We provide young people with opportunities to experience the world beyond their borders while helping them reconnect with the African heritage that has too often been hidden or overlooked.

What We Do

We Provide Effective

Business Solution

Through our International Student Cultural Exchange Program, we partner with schools and communities to create immersive cultural and educational journeys. Students live, learn, and share experiences with peers from different parts of the world, gaining insights that transcend the classroom.

So far, we’ve proudly completed three successful exchanges:

Botswana → Miami, USA: Students and chaperones from Ledumang Senior Secondary School visited Miami Central Senior High School, sharing culture and learning together.

Miami, USA → Botswana: Students and chaperones from Miami Central Senior High Schooljourneyed to Botswana for a reciprocal cultural exchange.

Zimbabwe → Miami, USA: Students from Westminster International School joined the program, expanding the circle of global connections.

We are the only high school program across both public and private schools that allows students to attend classes and interact with their international counterparts during the regular academic school year, a practice typically reserved for universities.
